Mikayla Miller’s death was ruled a suicide yesterday. For many, like myself, the ruling doesn’t settle a thing. There has been far too little transparency from the DA, and the police, to trust anything they say about this case.

The media coverage of this story has also been profoundly lacking. Can one reporter in Boston actually tell me they sat down and read the Hopkinton Police Log before transcribing press releases from the Middlesex DA? According to the public log posted by the Hopkinton Police, THERE WAS A GATHERING OF 40–50 CARS IN THE PARKING LOT AT PARKWOOD DRIVE AT 12:02AM ON THE DAY MIKAYLA’S BODY WAS FOUND.

Look at the map people! Parkwood Drive is a short walk from Mikayla Miller’s home on Freedom Way. Her body was found by Icehouse Pond, no more than a half mile away from her home, and the large gathering of cars found in a parking lot on Parkwood Drive.
